Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to a full refund if they complete all action items from weeks 1 and 2 in the training program and upload the completed worksheets through our “Action Steps/Worksheets” at the end of each week, which stores customers completed worksheets and holds people accountable to doing the work and getting results. Worksheets must be completed and uploaded to our system within 14 calendar days from date of purchase. If the customer does not complete the worksheets and upload them to our system within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase they are not entitled to a refund. If the customer does not cancel the free trial, the customer will be charged $370 at the end of the free trial. If the charge is not successful, the customer will then be charged $97/month for twelve months. If the $97 charge is not successful, then the customer is in default on the program and will be removed from all course material, investor communities, and weekly calls. The customer has the option to change the monthly payment plan (back to the $370/month for 4 months plan) at any time with the AstroFlipping accounting department.
